Our doctorate trained physical therapists and strength and conditioning specialists approach each athlete as a holistic individual. When an athlete faces an injury, our goal extends beyond healing; it’s a strategic journey that keeps the athlete’s goals in mind. Our mission is to bridge the gap between restoring daily functionality and achieving athletic abilities surpassing pre injury levels. When there is no injury, we take a proactive approach preventing injuries and training performance with goals of exceeding even the athlete’s own expectations, and unlocking potential they may not have imagined before stepping foot in Hawaii Move Lab.

The purpose of this visit is to establish a diagnosis and treatment plan for your pain/injury.
Your session may involve an in-depth Interview, Physical exam, Manual therapy, Corrective Exercise Prescription, Red Light/Compression Boot Therapy.

Your session may involve a Mobility Screen, Manual Therapy (i.e. cupping, scraping, assisted-stretching, soft tissue massage), Prescribed Movement, and Red Light/Compression Boot Therapy.

Contrast Therapy involves going back and forth between our Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge.
Contrast Therapy offers various benefits. Our infrared sauna heats your body and dilates your blood vessels, while our cold plunge cools your body and constricts your blood vessels.
Alternating between the two creates a "pumping effect" that flushes your system.
This therapy also reduces stress and anxiety, boosts dopamine, and enhances physical and mental resilience while improving sleep quality.

Compression BooT TherapY
Compression boots are often used by athletes before and after training or competition, as well as recovery from injury.
Compression therapy helps to improve the systemic removal of waste products such as lactic acid, which can build up in the muscles during intense physical activity and cause fatigue and discomfort. Additionally, compression also acts as a form of “massage” helping to alleviate muscle tension in the legs.
